1. The service

MCC Platform provides merchant software covering inventory, point of sale, B2B quotations and an e-commerce storefront, delivered as a subscription. By purchasing a package you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

The email you provide at checkout becomes your merchant-admin login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Change your temporary password at first login.

3. Payments & renewals

Package fees are charged through SSLCommerz at the price shown for the term shown. Subscriptions are renewed by you from the portal or by our team; a paid invoice is recorded for every payment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, infringe others' rights, or sell prohibited goods through your storefront. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to the email on your account.
